dc.descriptionThis thesis talks about the evolution of Sports Law, the growth it has experienced, and the different systems created within the structure of organized Soccer in order to solve labor related disputes between professional football players and clubs. These federative dispute resolution chambers are alternative ways to solve disputes, and they give the parts the opportunity to solve their dispute with benefits like prompt justice, expertise on the subject, and respect of the fair procedure. Up against a dispute that acquires international dimension the competence to solve it can rest on the CMRD, the dispute resolution chamber of FEF, or within CRD, the dispute resolution chamber of FIFA.es_ES
