dc.description.abstractLa tesina está compuesta de cuatro capítulos: el primero busca introducir al lector sobre los aspectos más relevantes del Derecho de Seguros ecuatoriano; el segundo analiza desde los puntos de vista histórico y jurisprudencial la facultad que le otorga el inciso cuarto del artículo 42 de la Ley General de Seguros a la Superintendencia de Bancos y Seguros; el tercer capítulo aplica los principios generales del derecho a aquella facultad, y; el cuarto capítulo estudia la facultad, que al igual que la Superintendencia de Bancos y Seguros, tienen otros organismos que forman parte de la Administración Pública para conocer y resolver conflictos en sus respectivas materias.es_ES
