dc.descriptionThe research analyzed the use of forest fires as a method of warfare from the perspective of International Humanitarian Law and International Environmental Law. It was evident that there is a regulatory gap within International Humanitarian Law due to the lack of specific regulations on the use of forest fires as a method of warfare.
