| Resumen : | El proyecto de fin de carrera consiste en una intervención en el Centro Comercial Cumbayá para en su lugar plantear un Museo Interactivo Infantil. El proyecto pretende brindar a los niños un espacio idóneo para la diversión y el aprendizaje. Las condiciones urbanas en las que se encuentra el C.C. Cumbayá favorecen al planteamiento del nuevo proyecto, ya que se construirán en el sector nuevos centros comerciales que reducen considerablemente la capacidad de competencia del proyecto actual. De igual manera, la cercanía a diversos servicios y la centralidad de este ante escuelas y colegios, contribuye positivamente a la ubicación del proyecto. Por último, la alta densidad demográfica infantil y la alta capacidad adquisitiva que existe en el valle de Cumbayá lo convierten en el lugar adecuado para el establecimiento del museo. Una vez establecido el contexto urbano que rodea al lugar a intervenir, es importante mencionar que el proyecto busca ser funcional tanto para los niños, que serán los usuarios directos del museo, como también para los adultos que los acompañan debido a la relación de dependencia directa que existe entre ellos. Por este motivo los estándares de diseño y seguridad deben satisfacer las necesidades de ambos targets para así crear un espacio funcional y estético. |
| Descripción : | The final career project consists of an intervention in Centro Comercial Cumbayá and instead raises an Interactive Children’s Museum. The project aims to provide children with a suitable space for fun and learning. Urban conditions in which the C.C. Cumbayá is located favors the new project because new shopping centers, which are being constructed in the area, will reduce significantly the competitive capacity of the current project. Also, the proximity to various services and the central position with respect to schools and high schools, contributes positively to the project location. Finally, the high density of children population and the high purchasing power that exists in the Cumbayá’s valley makes it the appropriate place for locating the museum. Once established the urban context that surrounds the place to intervene, is important to mention that the project aims to be functional for both, the children, which will be the direct users of the museum, and the adults that accompany them due to the dependence relationship between them. For this reason the design and security standards must meet the needs of both targets in order to create a functional and aesthetic space. |
