| dc.description | Through the analysis of government responsibility – responsibility that results from a lack of fulfillment of its Constitutional Environmental duties - this investigation seeks to fill the voids present in the actual theory, with the hope that in the end we can show that there is a direct correlation between a lack of governmental duties and human rights violations. The importance that the environment and its adequate protection has acquired in present times, as well as the intimate connection found between it and fundamental Human Rights, creates a valid excuse to deepen ourselves in the present doctrinarian study. The ultimate goal should be to define a governmental responsibility that comes to include the government’s lack of environmental protection, something that ultimately results in the deterioration of Human Rights within a state. | es_ES |
