| Resumen : | Como proyecto a fin de carrera, se propone realizar un Hotel de convenciones en el centro-norte de la ciudad de Quito, Ecuador. Un proyecto tiene como objetivos satisfacer las necesidades futuras q traerá consigo el nuevo aeropuerto de Tababela; en un mercado turístico no cubierto. Por otro lado, dado su ubicación en el límite oriental de la ciudad y adyacente al Corredor Periférico Oriental, la via principal en el nuevo plan de reorganización territorial de la ciudad, el proyecto obtiene una relación total hacia el nuevo aeropuerto. Además de esto, se propone que el mismo pueda brindar un servicio para completar el crecimiento del sector, asi como mantener un dialogo con el medio ambiente en el terreno seleccionado, al integrarse y respetar al mismo |
| Descripción : | As a final year project, it is proposed that a convention hotel in the center-north of the city of Quito, Ecuador. A project aims to meet future needs q bring the new airport Tababela; in a tourist market uncovered. On the other hand, given its location on the eastern edge of the city and adjacent to Corridor Loop East, the main road in the new plan of territorial reorganization of the city, the project achieved an overall relationship to the new airport. Besides this, it is proposed that it can provide a service to complete the growth of the sector, so as to maintain a dialogue with the environment in the selected field, to integrate and respect the same |
