| Resumen : | El objetivo principal del Centro es promover actividades, recreativas, artísticas y culturales por medio de instalaciones adecuadas. El proyecto está definido por la combinación de la ubicación (La Pradera) y el caso (centro Cultural) generando un proyecto el cual integre aspectos urbanos y arquitectónicos. La integración del proyecto con el contexto se da a nivel urbano a través de una manzana de tipo institucional, relacionándose con los edificios existentes que se caracterizan por ser institucionales, (MICIP, Secretaria General del Estado y el Centro Cultural la Pradera) a través de un eje que genera espacios públicos, áreas de permanencia y accesos a estos edificios, además de articular a nivel espacial y visual con el contexto existente. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of a cultural building is to promote recreation, arts and cultural activities, through appropriate facilities. The project is defined by the combination of the location (La Pradera) and the case (Cultural Center) creating a project which integrates urban and architectural aspects. The integration of the project with the context occurs in the block throughout urban institutional block. It interacts with existing buildings that are characterized because of being institutional (MICIP, Secretary General of the State and the Cultural Center Prairie) through a shaft that generates public spaces, residence areas and access points to these buildings as well as articles at visual and space levels in the existing context. |
