| Resumen : | El proyecto se concibe a partir de las condiciones de tipo y tema, el tipo es la estructura formal del proyecto, la esencia, la aproximación tipológica al edificio actúa como un plan regulador del desarrollo del proyecto, mientras que, el tema interviene para poder brindarle condiciones programáticas y poder darle vida al edificio. Este complejo judicial responde a la complejidad de su funcionamiento, se busca entonces cuidar las relaciones público y privado, sociedad y justicia y castigo y reforma. El tipo, la tipología, ayuda a crear la unidad para que quien ocupe el edificio pueda reconocerse en este contenedor sin perder la escala particular ni tampoco la escala universal. |
| Descripción : | The project is conceived from conditions imposed by the type and the theme, the type becomes the formal structure of the project, the essence, the typological approach to the architectonic object acts like a regulator plan for the development of the project, meanwhile, the theme is able to give programmatic conditions, the theme gives live to the building. This judicial complex responds to the complexity of its own dynamics, therefore, relations between what is public and what is private, between society and justice and between punishment and reform, thus, must be carefully advised. The type, meaning the typology, helps to create unity so anyone who occupies the building can relate to its whole, recognize himself inside the container that holds both scales, particular and universal. |
