| Resumen : | En el centro de Cumbayá se realiza la intervención para desarrollar la conexión de la malla urbana tradicional y así crear los distintos equipamientos de esparcimiento social de las que carece este sector. Por medio de la vivienda se da un encuentro dinámico entre el peatón y las manzanas residenciales con condiciones de privacidad. Los patios se liberan hacia la calle para alivianar el paso hacia el Parque de Cumbayá. Por último la vivienda tapiz ayuda para que el proyecto sea flexible con el entorno y a su vez genere transformaciones entre manzanas. |
| Descripción : | In the center of Cumbaya theintervention is realized to develop theconnection of the traditional urban meshand this way to create the differentequipments of social recreation that thissector lacks. By means of the housingthere gives himself a dynamic meetingbetween the pedestrian and theresidential apples with privacyconditions. The courtyards are liberatedtowards the street to cheer up the steptowards the Park of Cumbaya. Finallythe housing carpet helps so that theproject is flexible with the environmentand to its you see generatetransformations between apples. |
