| dc.description | The nursing homes for the elderly was a project conceived with the aim of creating a place for elderly people who have lost a bit of independence and seeking a place to live but that they simultaneously provide different services . In this project the core is the elderly so both physical, emotional and mental well-being sought. The proposal made in different areas are created; one medical area, which includes consulting and specific therapies for the elderly, a social area and residential spaces. A fundamental part of the project is the interior-exterior relationship and contact with nature, so vertical gardens and gardens are generated internally within the building. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Las residencias asistidas para la tercera edad fue un proyecto concebido con el afán de crear un lugar para personas de la tercera edad que han perdido un poco de independencia y buscan un lugar donde puedan habitar pero que a la vez les brinde diferentes servicios. En este proyecto el núcleo fundamental es el adulto mayor por lo cual se busca el bienestar tanto físico, emocional y mental. Dentro de la propuesta realizada se crean diferentes áreas; un área médica, que incluye consultorio y terapias específicas para el adulto mayor, un área social y espacios residenciales. Parte fundamental del proyecto es la relación interior-exterior y el contacto con la naturaleza, por lo cual se generan jardines verticales y jardines internos al interior de la edificación. | es_ES |
