| dc.description | The project has a design approach departing from a typological study, specifically the tower platform. This approach to the project pretends to understand the architecture and its complexity by the diversity on it. Departed from the type and the theme, these were defined: type as the regulator of the “general” aspects therefore the shape, and theme as the “specific” related to the program and the place. This typology it´s focused on allowing the contact with the pedestrians by emphasizing the human scale with a transparent platform but in the other hand supporting the city densification with the tower. Defining the tower platform as one single building conformed by two parts, in which the platform incorporates the bank offices and the cultural center and the tower apartments. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto tiene una aproximación de diseño a partir del estudio tipológico, en específico de la Torre Plataforma. Esta aproximación al proyecto pretende entender la complejidad arquitectónica desde de la unidad en la diversidad de esta. Se partió de tipo y tema, el tipo como el regulador de los aspectos generales es decir la forma y, el tema enfocado en lo específico, el uso y el lugar. Esta tipología se enfoca en facilitar el contacto con el peatón respetando la escala humana con una plataforma permeable pero de igual manera ayudando a la densificación de la ciudad por medio de la torre. Definiendo a la Torre Plataforma con un solo edificio formado por dos partes, que alberga, en la plataforma una institución financiera, además de un programa de apoyo, el centro cultural, y, en la torre seis pisos residenciales. | es_ES |
