This action on behalf of Ecuador has resulted in several legal effects under the legal framework of the State, such as the withdrawal of consent to ICSID jurisdiction, the denouncement of BITs with certain States and the possibility of State-State disputes. Esta actuación por parte del Ecuador ha ocasionado varios efectos jurídicos en el marco legal del Estado, tales como el retiro del consentimiento a la jurisdicción CIADI, la denuncia de los Tratados Bilaterales de protección de las Inversiones (TBIs) con ciertos Estados y la posibilidad de disputas Estado-Estado. Por este motivo, es necesario hacer un análisis fáctico y legal de cuáles han sido los antecedentes a la denuncia, las repercusiones legales que han surgido, así como el ambiente relacionado a las inversiones en el Ecuador. | es_ES |
