| Resumen : | En Cumbayá específicamente en la Universidad San Franscisco de Quito se plantea la creacion de un edifico en la parte frontal de su entrada principal de su implantación ,con el motivo de simbolizar con el mismo la nueva fachada de la universidad ,en este caso especifico se decidio estudiar y entrevistar a las autoridades la institución ,así como a los estudiantes y a personas que habitan el contexto inmediato del mismo ,sin necesariamente que sean parte de la universidad y entender cuales eran las expectativas y necesidades que ellos como usuarios quieren para este espacio , durante este estudio se concluyo que el programa fuera directamente relacionado a la esencia de la universidad y esto es, basarse en la idea de una universidad enfocada en las artes liberales de esta manera se logra en dividir en tres etapas donde consta de un área de pregrado ,postgrado y coworking donde estás estén conectadas y satisfagan las etapas con espacio integradores donde se muestre este concepto de arte liberales en sus espacios y refleje la conexion con la comunidad y la institución... |
| Descripción : | In Cumbaya, specifically at the San Francisco University of Quito, the creation of a building in the front of its main entrance is proposed, with the purpose of symbolizing with it the new facade of the university, in this specific case it is decide to study and interview the authorities of the institution, as well as the students and people who inhabit its immediate context, without the need for them to be part of the university and understand what their expectations and needs as users want from this space, during this study it was concluded that the program was directly related to the essence of the university and that is, to be based on the idea of a university focused on the liberal arts in this way it is achieved by dividing into three stages where it consists of a undergraduate, postgraduate and coworking area where they are connected and satisfy the stages with integrating spaces where it is shown this concept of liberal art in its spaces and reflect the connection with the community and the institution... |
