| Resumen : | Este estudio de caso describe el tratamiento con Terapia Humanista, aplicado a una mujer que actualmente presenta insatisfacción matrimonial y laboral. La paciente no muestra ningún tipo de patología mental descrita en el Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV). Entre los principales problemas matrimoniales se encontró: Problema en el dialogo conyugal, desconfianza y distanciamiento afectivo. Igualmente se trató la insatisfacción laboral con terapia Humanista. Se realizó un tratamiento que constó de 15 sesiones terapéuticas de una hora de duración. El detalle del tratamiento será expuesto en el estudio de caso. Para la evaluación se utilizó el “Índice de Satisfacción Matrimonial”(IMS) creado por Walter Hudson (1982) y el “Índice de satisfacción Laboral” (IJS) (Hudson 2000). |
| Descripción : | This study case describes a Humanistic therapy, applied to a woman that is unsatisfied with her marital and occupational life. The patient does not present any type of psychopathology described in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV). Among the mayor marital problems were found: trouble in marital dialogue, distrust and emotional distancing. The treatment also included humanistic therapy for the job dissatisfaction. The treatment consisted of 15 therapy sessions. Each session lasted one hour. The detailed treatment process will be described in the study case. For the evaluation we used the "Marital Satisfaction Index” (IMS) created by Walter Hudson (1982) and the " Work Satisfaction Index” (IJS) (Hudson 2000). |
