| Resumen : | Mediante esta investigación se busca establecer ciertas hipótesis acerca de la arquitectura. Tomando como marco teórico y como planteamiento de ideas a las teorías racionalistas de la arquitectura, se realizaron diferentes parámetros. Como objetivo general se busca identificar un entorno conflictivo y generar un proyecto que pueda traer cierto orden a este entorno. un punto importante para este objetivo va a ser la presencia de un elemento natural fuerte que sea reconocido e integrado al proyecto. Así, se escogió como entorno la zona de la Granados en el norte de Quito donde se establece un proyecto de escuela de artes y oficios que va a servir a la comunidad y darle una importancia a este sector, que es un punto de ingreso a la ciudad. |
| Descripción : | With this investigation, I look to stablish certain hipothesis about architecture. Taking as theoretic reference and primary ideas the rational theories of architecture, there were parameters stablished. As general objective I plan to identify a conflictive enviroment and to generate a Project that brings order to this enviroment. A very important point for this objective is the presence of a strong natural element that will be recognized and integrated to the Project. With this stablished, I picked as an enviroment the Granados zone in the north of Quito where a projecto of an arts and crafts school will be developed, which will serve the comunity and give importance to this sector of the city that is an entry point. |
