dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de prefactibilidad de una planta productora de un herbicida orgánico a partir del mucílago del cacao. Del fruto del cacao se utiliza para comercializar únicamente la semilla y se desperdicia la cáscara, el mucílago y la testa. Se conoce que el mucílago del cacao cuando es fermentado aeróbicamente produce ácido acético y al mezclarlo con el cloruro de sodio (NaCl) tiene un efecto secante en las hojas de la maleza produciendo así su muerte...es_ES
