| dc.description | This thesis would like to show the health needs facing in Ecuador by the constant increase of the population and as the offering of hospitals that cannot meet with all the needs, this is why has been analyzed the creation of an Outpatient Surgical Center in the city of Guayaquil and its location in the south of part of the city where is concentrated a large number of people who demand for medical attention. For this project were carried out macroeconomic, population-based studies that allowed us to determine which are the specialties most demanded by the population; and how should be the investment to be made both for the recruitment of medical personnel and administrative as well as the equipment and construction of the Outpatient Surgical Center. This allowed creating a financial sustainability plan that will help investors get profitability and the return on their investment through strategic alliances with public and private sector companies. | dc.description.abstract | Esta Tesis quiere mostrar las necesidades de salud que enfrenta el Ecuador por el incremento constante de la población y como los centros hospitalarios que actualmente existen no pueden cubrir con toda esta demanda, es por esto que se analizó la creación de un Hospital del día en la ciudad de Guayaquil y que su ubicación se encuentre al sur de la urbe sector en donde se concentra un gran número de habitantes que demandan por atención médica. Para la consecución de este proyecto se efectuaron estudios macroeconómicos, poblacionales que permitieron determinar cuáles son las especialidades que más demanda la población; y cuál debería ser la inversión a efectuarse tanto para la contratación del personal médico, administrativo así como el equipamiento y construcción del Hospital del día. Esto permitió crear un plan de sostenibilidad financiera que ayudará a los inversionistas a obtener una rentabilidad y el retorno de su inversión a través de alianzas estratégicas con empresas del sector público y privado. Precautelando siempre la calidad en el servicio que se brinde a los pacientes que acudan al hospital manteniendo especialistas altamente calificados y con equipos de punta. | es_ES |
