dc.descriptionIn recent years, organic agriculture has been proposed to mitigate the impact on the environment caused by conventional agriculture, but the effects of different agricultural management systems on microbial communities' response are poorly understood. This study reports on the structure and diversity of the microbial community of the soil, rhizosphere and leaf of banana plants (Musa paradisiaca) under organic and conventional management. In the systematic literature review, it was found that the effect of the agricultural system acts significantly on the composition and structure of the microbiome, but its effect on diversity changes depending on other variables...es_ES
