| dc.description | This paper deals with a business plan that aims to offer an innovative transportation way to Quito city. This is a pro environment, healthy, fun but above all a solution to the traffic congestion in Ecuador´s capital. We propose to entrepreneur in a business that offers a bicycle rent service in the busiest areas of the city. This idea will be an efficient transportation alternative and affordable for the vast majority of the population. This project has a long term vision, grow continuously in Quito and offer the same service in other Ecuadorian cities. With the intention to provide a proper business plan investigation, we analyzed the industry and the market; and we did a 5 years period financial projection. These projections provide enough data to confirm the profitability of the business plan. One of the main indicators is the return on investment, which is higher than 70%. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo trata sobre un plan de negocio que tiene como meta ofrecer a la ciudad de Quito una idea innovadora de transporte. Se trata de un sistema pro medio ambiente, saludable, divertido y que sobre todo ayude a solucionar la congestión vial de la capital del Ecuador. Se plantea emprender un negocio que ofrezca el servicio de renta de bicicletas en las zonas más transitadas de la ciudad. Este plan de negocio apunta a ser una alternativa eficiente de transporte y con un precio accesible para la gran mayoría de la población. La idea tiene una visión a largo plazo para crecer en Quito continuamente y ofrecer el servicio en otras ciudades del país. Para lograr un análisis adecuado del proyecto se ha realizado un análisis de la industria, del mercado; y se ha realizado una proyección financiera para un período de 5 años. Las proyecciones son muy favorables dando un retorno sobre la inversión mayor al 70% en dicho período. | es_ES |
