| dc.description | Enjoy the Ride is a female child fashion collection based on the reinvention of the past. It takes Lucille Ball, from the famous American television show "I Love Lucy", as inspiration where the character's liveliness and innocence facilitated the creation of this project with several dreams and emotions that take this collection into a world of fantasy and color. The items in this collection were born from the combination of shapes, colors and textures which versatile, playful, and sophisticated garments were designed always keeping the style of a child. This collection represents the beginning of a change of mind, as it highlights hidden attributes in the personality of a little innocent. Enjoy the Ride represents the rebirth of a time by creating subtle and simple clothes. Detailed creations in this collection were part of the fashion show “REMINISCENSE 2012’. The showcase took place in the premises of Quito Tennis and Golf Club County on June 21th, 2012. The fashion show marked the graduation of 23 students from the collection class V where imagination and effort of all shone in one night. The fashion show helped demonstrating the knowledge acquired allowing the audience to delight in each of the creations. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Enjoy the Ride es una colección infantil femenina, basada en la reinvención del pasado que toma como inspiración a Lucille Ball protagonista del afamado show norteamericano “ I Love Lucy ” donde la vivacidad e inocencia del personaje facilitaron la creación de este proyecto, ya que motiva los sueños y las emociones dentro de un mundo de fantasía y de color. Las prendas de esta colección nacen a partir de la combinación de formas, colores y texturas que permiten obtener prendas versátiles, juguetonas, y sofisticadas. Siempre manteniendo el estilo puro de una niña. Esta colección representa el inicio de un cambio de mentalidad, ya que resalta atributos ocultos dentro de la personalidad inocente de una pequeña. Enjoy the Ride representa el renacer de una época mediante la creación de prendas sutiles y sencillas. Las detalladas creaciones de esta colección formaron parte del desfile de modas REMINISCENTIA 2012. Realizado en las instalaciones del Quito Tennis y Golf Club el Condado, el 21 de junio del 2012, el desfile representó la graduación de las 23 estudiantes que cruzaban la clase de colección V. Donde la imaginación y el esfuerzo de todas las brillaron en una sola noche. Demostrando así cada una de los conocimientos adquiridos dentro de la carrera y permitiendo que el público se deleite con cada una de las creaciones. | es_ES |
