| Resumen : | Se propone como desarrollo de tesis el diseño interior de un Hotel Resort & Spa ubicado en Punta Estrada, Isla de Santa Cruz. Un lugar ideal de descanso, donde turistas locales y extranjeros puedan desconectarse de sus actividades cotidianas y simplemente relajarse. El hotel contará con todas las comodidades y servicios de un hotel turista de primera y las características de un Resort & Spa. Ofrecerá amplias habitaciones y suites, diseñadas bajo los más altos estándares de hospitalidad. Servicio de restaurante con comida internacional & fusión, además de bar & lounge y cafetería, con servicio a la habitación. Contará también con un centro de reuniones de negocios. Para aquellos huéspedes que busquen descanso y relajación el hotel dispondrá de un Spa con zonas húmedas, secas, área de masajes, además de un pequeño gimnasio y servicio de peluquería. Una propuesta que se sujete a todos los principios de Sostenibilidad en interiorismo. Respetando el entorno en el que está ubicado y su biodiversidad, además de las costumbres y cultura local. Conservando todas las medidas y prácticas ambientales, actualmente en promovidas por el hotel Finch Bay. |
| Descripción : | The proposal for the thesis is to develop the interior design of a Hotel Resort and Spa, located in Punta Estrada, in the island of Santa Cruz. A place where you can relax and local tourist and foreigners can disconnect from everyday life and simple rest. The hotel will have all the amenities and services that a first class hotel deserves with all the specification that a Resort and Spa have. It will offer spacious rooms and suits; all design with the most sophisticate standers in hospitality. The restaurant will have international and fusion food as well as having a bar, lounge and a coffee shop, all-available in room services. It will have a business center for customers that wish to use that service. Also it will offer a place to rest and relax, with the spa area; it will have steam rooms, massage parlors, hair salon, and a small but well equipped gym. The proposal will have all the sustainable principles in interior and in accordance to the natural environment that it is located, also taking into account the local culture and habits, in that way we’ll maintain the same practices and measures that promote the Hotel Finch Bay. |
