| dc.description | During the daily odontolgical practices is the frequent use of temporary cements, especially in the endodontic area; this study is focus in the endodontics. The succes of an endodontic treatment depends a lot on the proteccion offered by the temporal material between dates. This is the reason why the temporary cements should have excelent properties to avoid the filtration and to make sure the treatment is going to be a succes. One of the main reasons of the filtration is the poor adaptabily of the temporary cements to the dental structure, because of: the characteristics in the composition of the material, the way the material has to be applied, the incorrect uses, besides the changes the material suffers like the contraction as a result of chemical and phyisical changes once it is applied in the mouth. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la práctica odontológica diaria se utilizan con mucha frecuencia los cementos temporales, especialmente en el área de Endodoncia, que es donde se enfoca este estudio. El éxito de un tratamiento de endodoncia depende mucho de la protección ofrecida por el material temporal entre cita y cita. Es por este motivo que el cemento temporal debe tener excelentes propiedades para evitar la microfiltración y asegurar un tratamiento exitoso. Una de las causas principales de la microfiltración es la pobre adaptación de los materiales temporales a la estructura dentaria debido a: las características de la composición del material, la aplicación, manejo o usos incorrectos de estos, además de otros cambios que sufre el material como es la contracción debido a cambios químicos o físicos, una vez colocado en boca. | es_ES |
