| dc.description | The present project is about for the implementation of the Methodology Six Sigma, in the process of Logistics of the Money in a Financial Institution. The methodology has been executed on the basis of a system of improvement named DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement and Control), of which the first three phases have been developed. The information obtained from the Agencies in Quito, where the greatest percentage of the Logistic process costs are found, revealed the root cause of the problem which is the high costs due to the transportation of cash. The problem arises due to inadequate administration, incorrect operative quotas, circuits and politics. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto busca la implementación de la Metodología Seis Sigma, en el proceso de Logística de Efectivo en una Institución Financiera. La metodología ha sido ejecutada en base a un sistema de mejora denominado DMAIC (Definir, Medir, Analizar, Implementar y Controlar), de las cuales se han desarrollado las tres primeras fases. En la región Quito donde existe el mayor porcentaje de facturación para las transportadoras, se encontró que la causa raíz del problema son los altos costos por cantidad de efectivo transportado, debido a su inadecuada administración, a incorrectos cupos operativos, circuitos y políticas. | es_ES |
