Este estudio resume la investigación realizada para la propuesta del concepto gastronómico del restaurante “Greek Taberna Griega”, su menú, la planificación, y la ejecución del proyecto, así como también la información financiera obtenida desde el inicio hasta su cierre. |
| Descripción : | The following report collects the information about the third edition of Gastrochallenge carried out by the faculty of Culinary Arts and Hospitality that took place in Universidad San Francisco de Quito. This study sums up the investigation made in order to create the concept of the restaurant “Greek Taberna Griega” , its menu, the planning and execution of the project. Also included in this paper is the financial data collected throughout the duration of the project. |
