| dc.description | This research examines the historical evolution and taboo surrounding sexuality, female pleasure, and female masturbation from ancient times to the present. Through a chronological analysis, it proposes an approach that allows the identification of how women have experienced and perceived their own sexuality over time. The methodology includes interviews and anonymous testimonies from adult women, exploring their experiences, expectations, and emotions related to self-exploration and pleasure. This study contributes to the deconstruction of myths, the normalization of dialogue about pleasure, and seeks to offer a platform for empowerment and self-knowledge to better understand the relationship between sexuality, identity, and well-being in contemporary women. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación examina la evolución histórica y el tabú en torno a la sexualidad, el placer y la masturbación femenina desde la antigüedad hasta la actualidad. A través de un análisis cronológico, se propone un enfoque que permite identificar cómo las mujeres han experimentado y percibido su propia sexualidad a lo largo del tiempo. La metodología incluye entrevistas y testimonios anónimos de mujeres adultas, explorando sus experiencias, expectativas y emociones relacionadas con la autoexploración y el placer. Este estudio contribuye a la deconstrucción de mitos, a la normalización del diálogo sobre el placer, y busca ofrecer una plataforma de empoderamiento y autoconocimiento para comprender mejor la relación entre sexualidad, identidad y bienestar en la mujer contemporánea. | es_ES |
