| Resumen : | El diseño y desarrollo de este proyecto es un estudio realizado para mejorar el proceso de gestión de proyectos en una Institución Financiera, a través de la estructuración de una Oficina Institucional de Gestión de Proyectos bajo los lineamientos del PMI. El proyecto inicia con el análisis del proceso de gestión de proyectos actual de la Institución y con un estudio detallado de los problemas que este proceso abarca, conjunto con los beneficios y ventajas de una OGP bajo la metodología PMI. |
| Descripción : | The design of this project is a study that looking for improve the project management in a financial institution whit a Project Management Office that follow the Project Management Institute methodology. The project started analyzing the actual project management institution process, the problems of this and the advantage that came with a PMO that follow the PMI methodology. With this information, we designed an ideal project management process, where the institutions managers, the PMO, the project managers and his work group, can administer and check the projects all time. |
