| Descripción : | International investment agreements (IIAs), the international inversor-State dispute sysrem and the most favored nation clause (MFNC or MFN), among others, are being analyzed by States in important forums. Ecuador has not stayed away from the discussions that these complex matters raise. Against this background, this thesis will focus and analyze what we call the "critical evolutionary position" of the Ecuadorian State on this subject.
